Once your transaction is verified, our system sends a Steam Trade Offer directly to your account. You must ensure that your Trade URL is correctly linked in your critskins.com profile and your Steam inventory privacy is set to "Public".

Most Dota 2 items, including Arcanas and Immortals, are sent almost immediately. However, technical delays can occur. Standard delivery may take up to 7 days. If your items are not delivered within 14 days, we provide a full refund or an equivalent replacement.

The most common reasons are: 1) Your Steam Guard has been active for less than 15 days. 2) Your account has a temporary trade hold (e.g., from a recent password or email change). 3) Your inventory is full or set to "Private". 4) You provided an outdated or incorrect Trade URL.

We maintain a transparent fee structure with a 10% platform commission on all successful sales. This fee covers secure transaction processing and 24/7 technical assistance. Listing your items is free.

You can request a withdrawal starting from 10 €. The maximum single payout limit is capped at 5,000 €. Please note that limits may be adjusted based on your selected payment provider.

After a sale is finalized and verified, payouts are generally processed within 3 to 7 business days. The actual arrival of funds depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment gateway.

To ensure a secure trading environment and comply with UK/International AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws, we may request identity verification. This is typically required for higher transaction volumes or to verify account ownership during payouts.

1) Undelivered items: You are eligible for a refund if the item has not been sent within the guaranteed timeframe. 2) Delivered items: Due to the nature of digital goods, items already accepted via Steam are non-refundable and non-returnable, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
